Team Communications

No guarantee but I am trying to organize communications as effectively as possible. I have used social media for so many years that it has become second nature. The problem is I use social media to reach out to the general public with the goal to give them something to think about. “Them” are those that keep an eye on what we are doing but aren’t actually part of the team and our efforts. It is impossible to effectively separate content for those that are part of the team. I have tried that with a private group but that doesn’t work very well because keeping up with Facebook changes is impossible. They make it hard to allow Facebook users that aren’t on my friends list to join the group and then there are those that don’t like to use Facebook. I use the BowlU website and that works ok except it is not as smartphone friendly as an app. So here I am back to this app. I stopped using this app a while back because it was sold to a different company and the initial changes were not very friendly so I gave up on it. The reason I am back using it is I want to put as many management resources as I can in one location and the new company has made some changes that look like that might work out. I have the ability to use access groups for each of the different resources such as schedules, events, training, and almost any of the resources the app is now offering.

So I will see how it works out. I don’t plan on telling anybody about the app that isn’t already on the app until I am convinced it is working. I hope you are OK with helping test this out. I am open-minded to what is possible with the app and would appreciate your feedback on what you think would make this better for you, if you have the time, let me know if the app works well on your end.
